ETBZ collects only the data necessary to operate the accountability process. This includes participant names, email addresses, program assignments, and Meta-Action reports (Commit, Progress, Blocker, Re-plan, MVC, Re-entry). For managers, we collect dashboard interactions and intervention logs.
Participant data is visible to the participant themselves and to their assigned program manager(s). Aggregate, anonymized data may be used for cohort comparison reports. ETBZ staff may access data for support and debugging purposes only.
The ETBZ website uses standard web analytics (page views, referrers) to understand site usage. The ETBZ product does not use third-party advertising trackers. We do not sell data to third parties.
ETBZ is a process continuity tool, not a surveillance tool. Participants are not psychologically evaluated. There is no AI scoring of individual worth or capability. Drift detection measures behavioral signals (actions taken or not taken within the process), not personal attributes.
Program data is retained for the duration of the active program plus 12 months for reporting purposes. Data can be exported or deleted upon request by the program owner.
